Crossdressers and exercise
Good evening everyone. Hope you had the day off like a lot of folks did today. I see all the Christmas lights and all are up around Orlando, it’s like Santa comes during Thanksgiving night and strings it all up! Even the radios are nothing but Christmas music, yyuuuhhh!!!
Anyway now that we are in the season of pigging out, with candy, eggnog, fruitcake,,, well ok scratch that, it’s not editable food, that makes me think of my work out routine. I was born with good athletic genes; tall, strong arms, great legs and a damn nice ass!
When I was younger (not too long ago!) I worked out in a gym with weights. I would work out real hard for about a year, then get bored with it and stop. Then 6 months later I’d feel guilty about slacking off and work out again. I did that about 10 times right up until recently.
Now, I just try to do some jogging, about 3 miles a day, and light non weight exercise. I don’t want big arms, I can barely fit them through my dress armholes as it is. I just want to stay healthy, firm, and keep my derriere perky!
We crossdressers have more reason than most to keep in shape. We want to look pretty, and be able to fit into those sexy clothes we adore. You can’t be a crossdresser if you can’t fit into those dresses, and they only make bras so big!
So now that the Holidays are here and we have candy in our face and big feast to go to we CD’s need more than ever to stick to our workouts. The first thing of course is try to limit yourself to all that turkey and cranberry sauce. I’m not saying don’t have any, just take small helpings of everything.
Next is, keep moving! Going shopping, fine, park in the back of the lot and walk. Chances are it’s so crowded you’ll have to anyway. Take the stairs if you work in an office, walk around the building at lunch time. You get the idea, do little things to keep your body moving.
Of course, nothing takes the place of a good crossdresser workout. No not that, I mean your workout routine! Jogging is one of the best things you can do for your whole body. If your legs can’t take it, try walking fast, or even walking. Next, start doing light exercises like push-ups, sit-ups, chin-ups and so on.
Just doing that will keep you in good shape, and able to get into that fabulous corset you saw that only comes in a size large! We crossdressers need all the help we can get, light exercise will help you get there.
So remember, small helpings of everything, keep moving, and fit in some light exercise. Do that and you’ll be on your way toward looking your prettiest! But only good genes can give you an ass like mine!! ![]()
